Bollards are sometimes missing or broken on resin kits. They are also needed when scratchbuilding and help to add to the deck clutter for realism. Drill holes to take small pieces of copper wire of a suitable diameter for the bollards. Insert the wire with a dab of superglue.
Trim the wire with a small pair of scissors. The blades resting on the deck should give a consistent height to the bollards, leaving them slightly longer than needed. Use a small file to file the wire down to height and give a flat top to the bollards.
